Doing this exercise will show you exactly where God wants to do the work with you that will level up your life:
Step 1.Think of your life as your home and each part of you is a room.
Let’s walk through your house together, and as we do, ask yourself if God has been pointing anything out in this room:
Kitchen: Has he been talking to you about making better food choices, or are you struggling with disordered eating, overeating, undereating, or maybe even numbing yourself with food?
Office: Are you hearing anything about a business He’s put on your heart, your current job, trusting Him for a new job, or perhaps how you spend your money?
Bathroom: When you look in the mirror, do you see what He sees, or do you struggle with getting dressed or your body...

Today’s show is one that will equip you with a truth many of us may not even be aware of, and it's a major "aha" moment!
Pause for a moment and think about this:
Have you ever made the connection that weekends were a third of the year and could be sabotaging your fitness goals?
In my personal struggle to stay strong and fit: mind, body and soul, God showed me this: 52 weekends a year X 2 days = 104 days
But if you start your weekends on Fridays, that’s 52 x 3 = 156 days
With a three day weekend, we’re getting closer to half of the year.
I thought it was important to do a Strong. Confident. His. episode on this, because God wants His daughter’s wise.
He wants our eyes open to the traps of the enemy and the things that we don’t even see that are completely derailing us from our best....

People reach out to me in desperation and beg me to give them the secret, but sweet friend, it does not exist!
So why is it so hard to make healthy living a habit?
Even when we’re armed with our greatest determination and countless diet and training plans, it should be easy; but it’s not.
Somewhere between setting fitness goals and facing reality, we trade healthy habits for quick-fix gimmicks and temporary results.

This topic hits home for me in a very big way. This devotional comes straight from the pages of my journal.
People ask me quite often, "Kim how are you able to stay fit and tackle goals like writing a book or having a podcast?"
The truth isn’t pretty or as simple as you might think.
Here's my honest answer, it's anything but a perfect journey.
I slip, trip, and fail my way to success.
I've learned to keep getting up in His grace.
When your life is in Christ, He reaches down and even lifts your hand to help you get back up again, and again.
It sounds funny to say, but if it wasn’t for the Word of God to power me through, I would be a Jesus lovin' hot mess!
If you need some BFF girl time and a big dose of faith-filled motivation, this hand on your shoulder, you've so got this encouragement is just for you!

Let’s be honest, getting fit can be hard...like exhausting hard.
Many women tell me they have a continuously negative conversation going on with themselves and they beat themselves up because they don’t get their workouts in.
This struggle to workout is compounded by the very unrealistic and single-focus of what it looks like to be fit.
Fitness should be a lifestyle, not a look.
