I want you to fulfill your goals and live out everything good that God has planned for you, so if you were thinking of quitting today...
>>>Don’t you dare, don’t give up on you, don’t do it!<<<
Maybe today you’re at your wits end and your goals feel hopeless, but I want to encourage you to wipe the slate clean and start over in this moment in God.
The word tells us, not to look at the past, because God will do a new thing.
“But forget all that—it is nothing compared to what I am going to do. For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? – Isaiah 43:19
GOD WILL DO A NEW THING!

The True Source of Beauty and Confidence
So today’s devotional really hits home for me.
I’m going to be very real here, in hopes, that God will use it to help you.
For as long as I can remember, I always felt like I didn’t quite measure up, and I had this awful feeling of “you’re not good enough."
>>> Have you ever felt that way? <<<
Over the years, I’ve tried to locate why I started having these feelings.
I think it was a combination of things…
But God healed me!
Now, my identity is securely in Christ, and the numbers...
SCH EP3 - UNDOING THE LIES THAT KEEP US FROM SUCCESS
Goal setting and achievement is an important part of living a life of fulfillment and confidence.
Why is it that we often struggle to achieve the goals we have in our heart? What keeps us from taking the steps forward toward our goals?
All too often, I get questions like this in the F.I.T. Sisters In Christ community, “why do I feel unworthy of success? I keep doing things to sabotage myself.”
Is there a place in your heart where you feel unworthy of succeeding at your fitness goals?
Meet Kerry, a F.I.T. Sister who gave me permission to share her story in hopes of helping you today.

How To Intentionally Choose Faith Over Fear
With all that is going on in the world, you may be tempted to pause or even freeze. The enemy uses fear to keep us from chasing our dreams and growing closer to God. We must recognize that fear is a liar with the mission of robbing us of peace, joy, health, and even the pursuit of our dreams.
As with all battles, we need to arm ourselves with the word of God and intentionally choose FAITH over fear!
Open your bibles with me or just close your eyes and listen to Isaiah 41:10, Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
God wants our complete reliance on Him.
Did you know fear not is in the bible, 365 times? That’s a fear not for every day!
So why did God mention this so much?
Fear paralyzes us.

3 Things You Can Do To Get Motivated
>> Mind: Mental and emotional health is a real struggle for many of us, I encourage you to cast your cares on Him for He cares for you.– 1 Peter 5:7
When negative or fearful thoughts appear, recognize that this is the enemy and fight fear with faith. Look back at all God has brought you through and let that fuel your confidence.
