Today is both exciting and a big unknown for me because I took a big leap of faith. I want to share why I decided to move Fit Sisters in Christ off of Facebook and create a community that truly embodies what we need as Christian women striving for health and fitness.

Change Is Really Hard and This Is How I Feel

Change can be incredibly challenging. It’s something we all experience, and it often leaves us feeling uncertain and uneasy. Moving Fit Sisters in Christ off of Facebook was not an easy decision, but it was a necessary one. Here’s why I did it:

God Designed Us for Community

God designed us to do life with other people—those who will support, encourage, and love us. In Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV), we are reminded: “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
