    I just made African Peanut Soup!
    1 onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 scotch bonnet chilli
    small amount chopped ginger
    oil to saute
    chopped tomatoes 300g or 1 200g tin
    smooth organic peanut butter

    Whizz onion,garlic,ginger,chilli to paste and cook gently in heated oil for 3-4 minutes.Add tomatoes ,stock ,season,simmer 20 minutes.Stir in peanut butter,simmer 5 minutes and blend.
    Can adapt recipe to include chicken or prawns.
