What to do When Goals Feel Impossible

Failures don’t define you. They refine you. I’ve been feeling really hard on myself about my book not being out yet, so I wanted to share the advice I gave myself:
You haven’t failed if you’re still trying!

Are you working on a goal? Doesn’t it feel impossible sometimes? Here are some encouraging words to help you to keep going. Although we would all like a quick fix or the secret pill, these key words are where results come from:

Consistency
Persistence
Discipline

This quote beautifully embodies how to look at the work that’s required of us to reach our goals.

My heart is so full of words to try to help people, so back to writing I go.

Don’t give up on your dreams–they’re in your heart for a reason.
