I remember I was at a party a few years back and my brother-in-law mentioned that he found a picture of my husband with some other blonde girl.
Don’t worry there was no unfaithfulness or jealousy. That bigger and older looking blonde girl was me.
He didn’t even recognize me. And while many have searched for the fountain of youth, a miracle age eraser, or magic pill—there isn’t one. There’s only one secret to looking and feeling younger:
It’s better living.

An active lifestyle and active faith has completely changed the way I look and feel. People often ask me what I do to my skin, and I don’t think they believe me when I tell them nothing makes my face glow like working up a good sweat.
Clearly God does not want us to live for ever, but he does want us to be in good health—to be youthful and vibrant—for the time we do spend in our physical bodies. Christ said:

Evil is the thief who comes to try and steal us of our health, and all the blessing we have in Christ. Jesus comes to restore our health and let us live more abundantly.
We should be aware of what we put into our bodies, but again, physical exercise and right eating are dependent on our godliness and our well-being. We need to put our faith in God, and not the things of this world, to keep us healthy and strong.
So be joyful, youthful and vibrant in Christ and you will run and not grow weary. You will walk and not grow faint.
