Prayer from day 20 of the Strong. Confident. His. Faith and Fitness Devotional
I’m putting my hope in your Word that says you will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. My thoughts are divided and torturing me with “what ifs.” My journey to be healthy has filled me with anxiety. I know my heart won’t rest until I rest in you. Help me pinpoint the thoughts that are not of you and choose thoughts that are true, just, and excellent, so I can be anxious for nothing. Only in you can I find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, I trust you and praise you for helping me feel so secure.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
