A Christian Woman’s Solution to Weight Loss, Dieting and Eating Healthy:
> Promising you’re going to live on chicken, broccoli, salmon and green beans, oats, eggs and protein shakes, doesn’t work!
Let’s face it, anyone who’s been on a diet knows that willpower doesn’t last.
I rode this emotional roller coaster for years, and I learned the hard way, so I want to help you avoid the years of struggle.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you have the power of the Holy Spirit working in you.
Maybe you never made this connection, but it’s absolutely life-changing.
Did you know that you can trade willpower for the Holy Spirit gift of self-control?
>>No diet can give you the spirit of self-control only God can do that.<<
Here's our Biblical Foundation:
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self-control. (2 Tim 1:7)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; (Gal 5:22-23)
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. (Gal 5:16-17)
In Christ, we have the ability to have self-control.
Now this doesn’t mean that all of this sudden we’re supposed to be perfect or that it will be easy, or that we can just pray the weight away or the muscle on…
What it does mean is that we have a source of power and strength that we can rely on – Him! When we fall off track, we don't have to beat ourselves up or feel like a failure, we can just pick ourselves back up in the loving grace of God!
When we seek God first in our health goals and invite Him to eat with us, our spirit gets stronger.
But when we walk in the flesh, our spirit is malnourished and weak. The flesh continually makes the same disappointing decisions and leaves us feeling powerless. It’s driven by emotions, and it doesn’t care what we really want because it wants what it wants and it wants it now.
We can overcome this through Christ by intentionally practicing these few steps.
I've Created This Proven 5-Step System Based on Revelation 3:20 and the Acronym S.A.F.E Surrender Appetite Faithfully Everyday.
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. (Rev. 3:20)
–≥ Practice these 5 Ps at mealtime, and walk in the Holy Spirit gift of self-control.
The 5 Ps:
Why this works: we can’t conquer spiritual problems with worldly answers.
I’m so blessed to share how the 5 Ps are helping women all around the world. Listen to my beautiful FIT Sister in Christ from the UK, Vanessa…here.
Help these women surrender their appetites to you. Empower them to lay down their desire to overeat, under eat and play food games. You said that if we invite you to the table you would come in and eat with us. Father, we need your presence. We can’t do this alone. Help us to walk in the spirit of self-control. We know that our weak willpower will give up and quit on us every time, but you never will. We praise you for being our comfort, our healer and our rock.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
I’m never going to leave you without asking you to get into action.
Nothing happens without action, and I’m here to be your accountability partner.
