These are my go to quick breakfast items; they make life simple, Ezekiel Muffins, Ezekiel Tortillas, and Ezekiel Bread, Greek Yogurt, and Cottage Cheese. From the recipes above, the Energy Muffins are my favorite. I use berries and I exchange the almonds for walnuts. Yum!
